In David Lowery’s latest supernatural drama, Rooney Mara and Casey Affleck portray a young loving couple, who are suddenly separated by a devastating loss. After Affleck’s character unexpectedly passes away, he assumes form of a ghost who returns to his suburban home to visit his estranged wife.
Cinematographer Andrew Droz Palermo and gaffer Bret Curry’s primary go-to light for this feature was the LiteMat. The Majority of the film takes place in a single Irving, TX home, which is where a number of LiteMats were heavily utilized.
