WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

LiteGear leads the Cinematic Lighting industry with leading products for film, television and associated production. This role will have overall responsibility for the Facility including maintenance, grounds, vehicles, projects (basic assembly and product packaging tasks) as well as performing order fulfillment assignments as needed. Ownership and point of contact for any building (office/warehouse) urgent needs, and coordination of repair vendors (e.g. plumbing services) to acceptable resolution. Ideal candidates will ensure we thrive in a safe and clean environment through engagement with departments, and direct resolution as needed. Additionally, pick up and drop off of shipments locally as well as organize/stage (set-up/breakdown) booths for trade shows. General maintenance our warehouse, and office is also required. This role is one of the most visible members of the LiteGear Team and must develop a strong rapport with vendors, clients, and contractors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and function under time constraints.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Organization, Problem solving, & Time Management skills,
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience as delivery driver and/or warehouse work TRANSPORTATION Required:
  • Clean driving record and insurability a must.
  • Effective communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Excellent representative to customers and vendors.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws, ability to maneuver large vehicle in tight spaces.
  • Ability to work safely.
  • Ability to unload trucks.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools PHYSICAL Walking, stooping, and lifting up to 80lbs. (unassisted).
  • Must have the ability to twist and have full use of head and torso.
  • Must be able to reach, grasp, bend and flex arms, legs, wrists, and hands.
  • Should have excellent sight and hearing MENTAL Mathematical: Basic math skills Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to drive to customer/vendor locations, shop, and vendors; prolonged sitting, standing, climbing bending and kneeling, working with sharp and rough materials, working with sharp tools and power equipment; Subject to variable weather conditions, driving in heavy traffic, moderate to high noise levels.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • High School education or equivalent. High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time to perform certain tasks.
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience within a customer service role.
  • Experience in the lighting, manufacturing, or production industry preferred.

SALARY

  • $20/hr – $25/hr
